MMMmm Candy

I remember when I was a kid, going to the candy shop after school was something I looked forward to. I saved my allowance and money I earned on errands in order to get a full brown bag of candy, which at that time were incredibly cheaper then they are now.

Spring Weeds

This weekend was finally warm enough for me to feel inspired to stop and smell.. eh look at the flowers. Although dandelions are considered weeds, it was nice to finally see some color and beauty to a previously muddy and bare ground.

Coldplay Concert

I had given my sister a ticket to see Coldplay in concert this past Christmas. This Friday they finally came to town and we went. I myself love Coldplay so her gift was also a gift for myself :) They did not dissapoint, Chris Martin and band rocked out. I only wish the pics had come out better to reflect how awesome the show truly was. Here are a few pictures that came out ok.

This is my new favorite beer. I was never fond of any beer, most of them make me sick and not in a nice way. I was in a recent unveiling of Heineken 'Light' beer, and I must say I likey.

March For Immigrant Rights

On March 10th nearly 100,000 people marched through the streets of Chicago in protest of a House Bill HR4437. The masses mainly consisted of people from Latin backgrounds, Mexicans, Peruvians,South Americans from all countries even Irishmen and Polish supported the cry for their voices to be heard.

Another Cold Day

I can feel the coldness when I look at this picture that I took last weekend, perhaps it's more of a memory. I remember the cold feeling of the chill air that hit my face on this day.

Smiling Guys

Another typical day, while driving. As usual I had my camera at hand and took pictures of the people as they cross the streets. I wish I knew what was so funny that had these guys smiling from ear to ear.
